I’m P. Madeline Berry — AI consultant, customer success strategist, author, and educator. Everything I build is rooted in one conviction: when people operate in their God-given identity, they change the world.
MY STORY
Nearly Two Decades at the Intersection of People and Technology
I graduated from Howard University with a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering — but my real education began in the field, working alongside organizations to improve how they serve their customers and operate their systems.
For nearly twenty years I’ve worked in customer support, customer success, technical account management, and technology consulting. I’ve seen firsthand where organizations lose people — in the gaps between strategy and execution, between technology and humanity.
That gap is exactly where Heaven’s Intelligence was born.
